Every now and then we find ourselves on a great run of enjoying a delicious roast and extracting it to near perfection. Recently, it's been an Ethiopian Sidamo Mormora natural processed coffee that has been detonating with flavour in our mouths. Roasted by Reformatory Caffeine Lab, the coffee initially presents a strong, sweet caramel flavour that develops into powerful and lingering berry notes. Many natural processed coffees display very sweet, fruity flavours, however only the best do so while maintaining a balance of acidity. This Mormora definitely acheives that, just be careful not to drool too much looking at the photos.
